Chinese Tea Presentation
On Saturday I ran a presentation on Chinese tea followed by a tea tasting. It was a fundraising event for a Ugandan water project - setting up a solar-powered water treatment facility in the village of Mpunge. The presentation covered the history of Chinese tea, tea culture and an explanation of the 6 tea types. Teas from all six tea types were prepared and tasted. Photos to follow.

A birthday gift from my wife of a range of new teas has arrived (including a number of new season - spring 2013 - teas)! And a new gaiwan.
